The MTA has rolled out new improvements to three bus routes in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn residents fought to restore the B37 since the line was canceled due to budget cuts and low ridership back in 2010.
After feedback from the community, the B37 is back beginning today.
Also, the B8 line now runs between the Brooklyn Veterans Administration Hospital and the Bay Bridge-95th Street R train station.
The B70 line is also rerouted between 92nd Street and Seventh Avenue, and Bay Ridge Avenue and Eighth Avenue.
Not everyone is completely satisfied. The B37 bus originally went all the way into Downtown Brooklyn, while the restored line ends near Barclays Center. Many are hoping service will eventually extend to Borough Hall like it used to. Commuters can transfer to the B103 to get downtown.
