Nassau police arrested two men from Queens and are on the lookout for a third man after an armed carjacking in Roslyn Heights.
Zacchaeus Gibson and Joshua Reyes, both of Queens, face several charges, including grand larceny.
Police say it happened around 6:15 p.m. Sunday when a resident on South Court got in his car. Detectives say three men approached the resident, flashed a gun, forced him out of the car and took his keys.
One of the suspects then got in the car and drove off while the other two fled on foot, according to police.
Navid Shamsdiba said he saw police flood the block most of Sunday night.
"The cops were here like all night, until like 10 p.m. at night,” he said. “There was a helicopter circling around for like maybe an hour. Something like this never happens."
The wife of the victim told News 12 off camera that her husband is OK, but they're worried the third person involved may come back.
Gibson and Reyes will be arraigned in court on Tuesday.
