New 11-story residential tower to replace Williamsburg hardware building

A residential tower in Williamsburg will soon be replacing the former Crest Hardware building.

According to city records, the building will have 70 apartments, including low-income units.

The city Department of Buildings approved the application to demolish the building, which is expected to begin soon.
