New York State Police hold Memorial Day ceremony

State police held a special Memorial Day ceremony Friday in Orange County.
The event was held at Troop F in Middletown in honor of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Troopers stood in salute during the ceremony and laid a wreath in memory of those who lost their lives.
“Days like this are extremely important because we never want to forget our fallen heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice in serving the people of New York," said Maj. Paul DeQuarto, Troop F Commander. "So, this is our way of letting the families know their loved ones will never be forgotten.”
