New Yorkers are hopeful to hit it big after nobody won Mega Millions jackpot on Friday night, which is now at a total of $1.05 billion.

People all around the city say they are in it to win it and lined up to buy what they hope is a lucky winning ticket.

If there is a winner, they would receive the fourth largest prize ever in Mega Millions history.

A potential winner has the option to get the entire jackpot spread over three decades or get a lump sum of $527.9 million.

The next drawing will be on Tuesday at 11 p.m.
