Students at Boys and Girls High School in Bedford-Stuyvesant got their own computers Wednesday.
Borough president Eric Adams and nonprofit Technology For Families In Need handed out dozens of computers.
Corporations who are updating their computer systems or moving to a different office space gave up their used but fully functional computers to the students free of charge.
"When you give a child a computer, every stroke of the key is the key that opens the doors to opportunities, gives them a chance to do those searches to go online, to utilize their skills," Adams says.
