A man has been arrested for threatening subway riders with a box cutter on the 2 and 3 train platforms in Brooklyn, police say.
It happened at the Hoyt station. 
Police say 30-year-old Norden Cummings waved a box cutter at police after they received complaints of a man threatening passengers.
Cummings was arrested without incident and is facing criminal weapons charges.
