The BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers walk-up testing facility is open Monday to Friday and individuals are seen by appointment only. Those interested in being tested are asked to call the COVID-19 Hotline at (888) 364-3065 to make an appointment during operating hours on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
