The family of 11-year-old Briana Ojeda was back in court today trying to get Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly and one of his officers deposed in connection with the girl's death.

Ojeda's parents held a small rally outside the Brooklyn Supreme Court before meeting with city officials. Both sides agreed that Kelly and the police officer will be deposed June 5.

The Ojedas are suing the city after their daughter died of an asthma attack in 2010 when police officer Alfonso Mendez allegedly failed to perform CPR.

The family is also calling for the state Legislature to pass the Briana Ojeda Law requiring the NYPD to recertify all of its officers in CPR.
