A Kingsborough Houses resident tells News 12 she's at her wits end after dealing with mold in her apartment for the last four years.

“I cry every day. The house smells like mold I have constant headaches," says Jennifer, a mom of three.

She says she's filed multiple complaints with NYCHA over the years.

“They come, they look at it they say, 'Oh, we’re going to reschedule for someone to come.' They don’t come they don’t show no nothing," she says.

News 12 reached out to NYCHA for an interview about the conditions in Jennifer's apartment.

It responded with the following statement:

"NYCHA is investigating this issue and will ensure that mold procedures are followed."
