NYPD: 2 men shot, one critical, after shooting in broad daylight in Prospect Heights

The NYPD says two men were shot on the corner of Classon Avenue and Park Place just before 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say a 31-year-old man was shot in the back of the head and was taken to Methodist Hospital in critical condition.

A 33-year-old man was also shot in the right thigh and brought to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

Someone who claims to be the uncle of one of the individuals shot told News 12 the two young men were shooting a music video on the corner when multiple shots rang out, and he saw his nephew on the ground.

Police say they are looking for two individuals wearing all black and surgical masks.
