NYPD: Man escapes police custody from Lincoln Hospital

Police say the incident took place at around 8:30 p.m. on Ten Eyck Walk between Graham Avenue and Humboldt Street.
The victim was hospitalized in stable condition. Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
