Six men were injured in a mass shooting early Saturday morning in Greenpoint, according to police.

Authorities say the incident occurred on the corner of Stewart Avenue and Cherry Street around 1:30 a.m.

Police say they were alerted to the shooting when three victims went to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center with gunshot wounds. One of those men was shot in the face. Another was shot in the ankle. They are both said to be in stable condition.

The third man was shot in the chest and is said to be in critical but stable condition. The other three men who were injured were brought to Jamaica Hospital and Woodhull. Authorities say all the men are expected to be OK.
