Police have made an arrest in a double stabbing that killed a 60-year-old man and sent a 49-year-old woman to the hospital in Brownsville.
Authorities say Sylvester Harris, 71, is facing several charges including murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
The stabbing happened on Oct. 25 off of Will-Mohr Street near the intersection with East 92nd Street.
The victim was found dead with stab wounds while the woman was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, according to police.
