Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident involving a 9-year-old in Williamsburg. 

They say the victim was struck by a scooter or moped near 61 Harrison Ave. at around 5:30 p.m. 

The driver of the two-wheeled vehicle fled the scene. 

The child is expected to be OK. No arrests have been made at this time.
