The NYPD commissioner's son Greg Kelly won't face charges in connection to a rape accusation.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office told the lawyer for the "Good Day New York" host that following an investigation, no criminal charges are appropriate.
A woman had claimed last month that Kelly sexually assaulted her back in October.
