Police identified the 77-year-old man who died by being dragged by his own car in Sheepshead Bay.
Investigators say the victim of that incident is Iosif Lontsman. Surveillance video acquired by News 12 shows the man opening his door as he appears to be getting out of the vehicle. The SUV in the video begins to roll, and the video shows the man getting dragged by that car.
The injuries the man suffered in the incident led to his death, police say.
