The NYPD says a 29-year-old man is recovering after being shot in the stomach in Flatbush last week.

Police say the shooting happened just before 3 a.m. on June 4, in front of 654 Flatbush Ave.

The victim was standing outside when a man approached, pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking him once in the stomach.

The suspect fled the scene, and detectives are still working to determine what led to the violence.

Surveillance images released by police show the man they’re looking for, who was wearing a trucker-style hat and a T-shirt with rapper Tupac's face on it.

It’s still unclear whether the victim and the suspect knew each other.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
