Police announced they've made an arrest in a deadly stabbing in Bushwick.

Police said they arrested 20 year-old Josephine Santiago, who is now charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The stabbing happened before 9 p.m. Tuesday night at 12 DeSales Place in Bushwick where Santiago lived.

Police found 41 year-old Jose Acevedo unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds to his chest and back. He was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Sources said Acevedo is Santiago's father.

Police said Acevedo lived in Manhattan. It's unclear why he was at his daughters home or what led up to the violence.
