Police are investigating the death of a 58-year-old man found inside 160 Schermerhorn St. building Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to a 911 call for a wellness check around 3:45 p.m. and discovered the man unresponsive on the floor with a head injury and blood nearby.
EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, and investigators are working to find out whether there was any foul play.
The man’s identity has not been released. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
