An NYPD officer is being accusing of taking $1,300 from a construction worker during a stop-and-frisk in Coney Island.
The scene was caught on video, which appears to show the cop taking money from a man's pocket and then pepper spraying him when he asks for it back.
According to police, officers had been called back on Sept. 16 over reports of a man with a gun.
An NYPD spokesperson released a statement saying, "As a result of the allegations, the matter is under investigation by the Internal Affairs Bureau and the [Civilian Complaint Review Board]."
