A driver who fatally struck a motorcyclist Saturday on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway is facing charges, according to police.
Authorities say the 27-year-old motorcyclist was riding his Suzuki near Tillary Street when he rear-ended 44-year-old Queens resident Laure Cordova.
Cordova was arrested and charged with use of a vehicle without ignition interlock and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
The NYPD’s Highway Collision Investigation Squad says they are working to determine all the details surrounding the incident.
