The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying a man caught on camera in connection to a stabbing inside a Brooklyn subway station.
The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.
Newly released surveillance video shows the suspect walking through the station turnstiles. He’s described as being around 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 150 pounds, and last seen wearing a gray and white hoodie, a plaid shirt, light brown pants, and multi-colored sneakers.
Commuters say the violence is alarming.
According to NYPD CompStat data, as of May 25, there have been 15 transit crimes reported in the 75 police precinct district this year, that’s up from 13 during the same time last year.
