The fate of an NYPD officer accused of shooting and killing an unarmed man is now in the hands of a jury.
Wayne Isaacs was off duty when he shot down Delrawn Small during an
alleged road rage incident in East New York on July 4, 2016. Prosecutors and the defense wrapped up their arguments, sending the case to jury deliberations.
Isaacs lawyers argued during the trial that the shooting came in self-defense.
If convicted of murder, the most serious charge against Isaacs, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
Small left behind a wife and three children.
