NYPD: Shooting leaves teen dead, man injured

(AP) -- Police say a shooting in Brooklyn has left a teenager dead and a 20-year-old man wounded. It happened just after 1 p.m. Sunday at the corner of Avenue H and East 56th Street in East Flatbush.

(AP) -- Police say a shooting in Brooklyn has left a teenager dead and a 20-year-old man wounded.
It happened just after 1 p.m. Sunday at the corner of Avenue H and East 56th Street in East Flatbush.
Police say 15-year-old Isiah Joseph, of Brooklyn, was shot in the back. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The 20-year-old man, who was not identified, was shot in the lower torso and hospitalized in stable condition.
Police did not give a motive for the shooting.
There have been no arrests.
