A teen is dead following a shooting in Soundview early Friday morning.

Police say 18-year-old Ameen Johnson was shot just before 1 a.m. in front of a bodega on East 172nd St.

A police source told News 12 that Johnson was sitting in a Honda Odyssey when a man wearing a yellow bike and helmet walked up to the car and fired his gun twice before riding off on an e-bike.

Citizen App video captured the NYPD responding to the scene after they say shots were detected by ShotSpotter technology.

Police say the shooting stemmed from a fight between the shooter and Johnson.

Johnson was shot in the shoulder and the back, according to NYPD officials. He was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals Jacobi where he died.
