Occupy Wall Street protesters have been given the go-ahead to file a lawsuit against the police officers who arrested them during a march on the Brooklyn Bridge.
A judge ruled that the group adequately backed up their claims that they were not properly warned by the NYPD about being arrested during a rally last October.
The judge also dismissed the city and its top officials from liability.
