The death of a 2-month-old baby in Williamsburg back in October is now being investigated as a homicide.
Police say Hudson Dipede was found unresponsive with head trauma and bleeding from his nose. He was in the care of a baby sitter who had called 911 from the boy's home in the Edge, a luxury waterfront apartment complex.
Authorities say that the incident did not seem suspicious at the time. However, the medical examiner has ruled the death a homicide, saying there is evidence the infant was shaken to death.
The baby sitter is being questioned, but no arrests have been made so far.
