An off-duty NYPD safety agent was arrested on Wednesday morning and faces a slew of charges related to an incident back in 2020.

Brian Frett, 39, faces a slew of charges, including rape, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

It remains unclear where the 2020 incident happened, police had no further details.
