Officials broke ground Monday on a new school in East New York.
The groundbreaking was held at 3269 Atlantic Ave.
Mayor Bill de Blasio, New York City Public Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza and Councilmember Rafael Espinal attended the groundbreaking.
