The city that never sleeps will once again allow residents to eat outside as late as they want to.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the suspension of the outdoor dining curfew at bars and restaurants statewide starting today.
The governor says the decision is based on low coronavirus infection rates across the state.
The state reported its lowest statewide positivity rate since Oct. 14 over the weekend at 1.13%.
