The owners of a taco truck in Brooklyn say their vehicle was stolen outside of a brewery last week.
Alejandro and Sergio Gomez, the owners of Distrito 18 Street Tacos, say that they came to work last Tuesday only to find the wood blocks they left their taco truck to rest on were fully exposed with no taco truck in sight.
Surveillance video from the 18th Ward brewery shows two men seen with the taco truck that was reported stolen.
Both the Gomez brothers run the taco truck and have been in business with brewery owner Michael O’Brien for years. They say that this could not have come at a worse time as business was picking back up ahead of the summer.
Police say that no arrests have been made at this time.
