Parents with students attending an East Flatbush elementary school complain their children are often too cold to concentrate.
According to several parents, the heating at Parkway School on Kings Highway has been sporadic since last year. They argue it's unreasonable for them to pony up thousands of dollars in tuition when their children are freezing.
One student said students are not allowed to wear coats in certain parts of the school, despite the frigid temperatures.
A parent handed out fliers Tuesday in front of the school, urging other parents to complain to the city's 311 line.
The principal insists he has not received complaints. After allowing News 12 Brooklyn cameras into the building, he kicked the news crew out and threatened to sue.
