A city Parks employee accused of hanging a black doll from a metal noose inside the department's Bronx headquarters went before a judge today.
Fariz Ahmemulic, 28, is charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime after authorities say he hung the doll inside an employee garage back in December.
Prosecutors say they'll decide whether to present the case to a grand jury at Ahmemulic's next court appearance on April 17.
