News 12 New Jersey has obtained a video that shows one person jumping to safety.
It is believed that exploding propane tanks caused the fire at 14 Manning Ave. News 12 is told that those explosions happened inside and outside of the building.
It was unclear if anyone was hurt.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known
