Cloudy Thursday, Friday ahead of damp Friday, Saturday morning

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo says Thursday and Friday will be cloudy,  ahead of a wet Friday and Saturday morning. 
Garofalo says showers and a few thunderstorms are in the forecast for Friday, starting midday. The chance for showers is on the decline heading into Memorial Day. 
FORECAST:
THURSDAY: Clouds thicken up through the day, but it stays dry for the daytime hours with a few sprinkles possible after sunset. Highs around 71. Lows around 63. 
FRIDAY: Overcast skies in the morning with showers arriving by midday and a chance for batches of rain and scattered storms in the afternoon, some isolated strong to severe. Highs around 76. Lows around 63. 
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with showers early on that slowly taper off through the day. Highs around 78. Lows around 60. 
SUNDAY: More sun and less clouds with a milder feeling in the air. Highs around 78.  Lows around 60. 
MONDAY: Mostly sunny and trending a touch warmer. Highs around 80. Lows around 61
REST OF THE WEEK: Temperatures on the rise as we move into June with upper 80s to 90 popping up. A chance for storms arrives by the end of the week.
