A 13-year-old girl was shot in Bedford-Stuyvesant Wednesday evening.
Police say she was outside near St. Andrew's Playground when a bullet hit her in the shoulder.
They say it happened just before 8 p.m. News 12 is told the girl was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County where she is in stable condition.
Authorities say they do not know whether the girl was the intended target of the shooting.
The shooting is under investigation.
