Two men caught taking photos of synagogues in Flatbush are not a threat, according to police.
Assemblyman Dov Hikind says the men, described as being of Middle Eastern descent, tried to get inside Beth Torah Synagogue on Ocean Parkway Saturday. He says they were looking at the surveillance camera and tried to take a picture of the building.
Officials say after they left Beth Torah Synagogue, they were seen an hour later at Congregation Bet Ya-a-Kob.
Police are now saying these men are not considered to be a threat.
