Police: 2 women killed in separate Brooklyn stabbings

Police say 52-year-old Inna Deshkovich was found with multiple stab wounds on her neck at around 7:30 p.m. along 93rd Street.

Two women were fatally stabbed in separate incidents Friday in Brooklyn.
Police say 52-year-old Inna Deshkovich was found with multiple stab wounds on her neck at around 7:30 p.m. along 93rd Street. Her 30-year-old son was taken into police custody.
Authorities say 25-year-old Maria Diaz was stabbed in the chest at a home on 42nd Street at around 4 a.m.
Police say Diaz was rushed to a Maimonides Medical Center and pronounced dead. Police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Eduardo Perez. He has been charged with murder.
Police sources say the homicide seemed to be domestic in nature and Perez was possibly the victim’s boyfriend.
Neighbors in the area told News 12 they were shocked by the crime.
“Unbelievable, unbelievable. I'm shocked to hear that this happened. My condolences go out to the family,” said a resident.
