A 21-year-old male was shot multiple times in the back on Lefferts Avenue Tuesday evening, according to police.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say a suspect was last seen fleeing westbound on Lefferts Avenue.
The fatal shooting occurred close to another fatal shooting Tuesday afternoon inside 80 E. 93rd Street in Brownville.
