2ds agoA 21-year-old man was shot Tuesday in East New York and the shooter is on the loose, police say.
According to investigators, a man was on New Lots and Van Siclen avenues when he was shot and grazed in the ear.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he is expected to be OK.
Anyone with information on the shooter is asked to call police.
