A second man has been arrested in the Memorial Day shooting that left five people wounded in Bushwick.
Police say they arrested 25-year--old Juan Garcia Friday. They say Garcia and another man, who was arrested on Tuesday, shot at a group of people on Knickerbocker Avenue Monday night.
The victims range from 19 to 38 years old and were all treated at area hospitals.
Garcia is charged with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
