Police say a 31-year-old man was shot in the leg in East Flatbush Thursday night.

The NYPD says the call came in around 10:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they say they found the man shot in the leg at the corner of Church Avenue and East 38th Street.

Investigators believe the victim had been involved in some sort of argument with another man which led to the shooting.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition.

Police say he has not been cooperative in the investigation.

The victim has not been identified and officials say he has not given a description of the shooter, who ran from the scene.
