The NYPD has made an arrest nearly nine years after a Staten Island woman was found dead in a dumpster. Police say 39-year-old Michael Young is being charged with murder for the death of Sofia Rogo-Nicka.

The NYPD has made an arrest nearly nine years after a Staten Island woman was found dead in a dumpster.
Police say 39-year-old Michael Young is being charged with murder for the death of Sofia Rogo-Nicka.
Rogo-Nicka was found by police in 2005 in a garbage container outside the Kent Theater on Coney Island Avenue in Flatbush.
