Four people were struck by a car in Brooklyn Sunday while on a bike tour, and the driver has been arrested.

Abel Pina, 39, is charged with vehicular assault, driving while ability impaired and driving without a license.

Police say the four victims were struck by Pina while he attempted to leave a parking space near 40th Street and 12th Avenue Sunday morning. 

He remained at the scene after the incident before being taken into custody.

The victims were three males, ages 31, 43 and 55, and a 55-year-old woman who is in critical condition.
