Police: 5 people taken in for questioning following double shooting in Brownsville
A 71-year-old woman was shot in the leg and torso and a 61-year-old man was shot in the leg, police say.

yesterdayPolice say they took 5 people in for questioning after a man and a woman were shot in Brownsville this past weekend.
Authorities say the shooting happened at Livonia Avenue and Powell Street just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday. A 71-year-old woman was shot in the leg and torso and a 61-year-old man was shot in the leg.
Both victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to recover.
