in connection to the assault of an 81-year-old man over a parking spot in the
Bronx.
Police say a man got into a
verbal argument with the victim at 1970 Gildersleeve Ave.
The suspect is accused of
pushing the other man to the ground and punching him in the chest before
fleeing off in a green SUV.
The victim was treated for
injuries not considered life-threatening.
