January murder of a Brooklyn man.
Rashawn Brown was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to a fatal shooting at the Kingsborough Houses.
The 24-year-old suspect allegedly shot the victim with another man on Jan. 13.
Police are still looking for the other suspect.
