Police arrest teenager in fatal hit-and-run

Police have arrested a teenage girl in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Sheepshead Bay last night. Officials say at around 8:25 p.m., 18-year-old Kathryn Foris, of Queens, ran a red light at Avenue
