Nassau police say the teen got into a blue colored, two door, Toyota Scion with Virginia license plate 2038XC.
Sana Ali is described as a Middle Eastern girl with black hair and brown eyes, is 5 foot 3 inches, and weighs about 130 pounds.
She was wearing black leggings and a gray shirt when she left.
